Grid Structure & Temperature Control: The product features a thin-walled grid structure requiring high-precision synchronized molding and extremely strict balancing. The manifold system adopts a bridge design to ensure uniform temperature distribution.

装配与浇口质量:结构件具备装配精度要求,浇口痕不得高于产品表面。TIP芯选用高导热材质,有效规避浇口冷料及阀针封胶异常,杜绝浇口凸起风险。
Assembly & Gate Quality: As a structural component, high assembly precision is required, and gate vestiges must not exceed the product surface. High-thermal-conductivity material is selected for the TIP core, effectively preventing gate cold slugs and valve pin sealing anomalies, thus eliminating the risk of gate protrusion.

系统集成与维护:针对多点进胶设计,为确保系统运行稳定性,采用整体式油压系统。支持整体吊装作业,大幅降低修模拆装频次,避免因反复拆装导致的系统损伤。
System Integration & Maintenance: To ensure system stability under this multi-gate design, an integrated hydraulic system is adopted. It supports integral hoisting, significantly reducing the frequency of mold disassembly during maintenance and avoiding potential system damage caused by repeated teardowns.
