技术要求

冷半模温度20℃左右。
模仁前/后需设计加热板,加热板温度100~160℃。
Cold Half Temperature: Around 20°C.
Hot Half Requirements: Heating plates must be designed on both the front and back of the mold core, with a temperature range of 100~160°C.

喷嘴外圆整周和流道板的流道孔附近都设计循环冷却系统,使喷嘴和流道板温度保持在20度左右。
喷嘴、流道板的连接位置都采用密封圈进行密封,防止漏胶。
Cooling System: A circulating cooling system is designed around the outer circumference of the nozzle and near the flow channels of the runner plate. This keeps the nozzle and runner plate temperature at around 20°C.
Sealing: O-rings / sealing rings are used at all connection points of the nozzle and runner plate to prevent material leakage (silicone leakage).
